Egg breakers are factories that supply the food industry with egg products. Every year, in France, 40,000 tons of eggshells are thrown away. Circul’Egg recycles this biowaste, rich in collagen and hyaluronic acid, for the animal feed, sports nutrition and nutraceutical industries.
