Athana has developed a small device capable of instantly and naturally relieving hot flushes by diffusing cold onto the nape of the neck.
As the upper back is the body’s most heat-sensitive zone, the application of a small amount of cooling to this area will produce a real cold effect throughout the body, counteracting the hot flush.
The technology is based on thermoelectricity: inside the case is a thermoelectric module powered by a battery. When an electric current is applied to this module, its surface instantly becomes cool. The box is recharged via USB-C.
