Fermavers

The Fermavers project aims to provide automated insect farms for farmers to meet their protein demand. This solution aims to solve the broader problem of making meat consumption healthier and more sustainable. The objective is to help producers replace imported soybeans (which causes deforestation and a high carbon footprint due to transport) with insects. In addition to reducing CO2 emissions from imported soybeans, insect farming requires little water, offers high yields relative to space used, and consumes little energy.
