INSPIR

INSPIR is a project for the production of large-scale micro-algae in photobioreactors. This innovative technology allows to make the most of lost energy and flows to create a sustainable solution for industrialists and meet the challenges of food, health and energy. The project, which is based on an engineering career in agriculture and agro-industry, has been distinguished by its semi low tech approach and its integration into a circular economy. The project’s promoters have developed a self-sustaining and resilient production system that can meet two needs. The first is the need to produce food grade biomass that meets current and future health standards. The second is the response to the needs of industries that cannot economically value their lost energies and flows.
