Athletics 3D is ergonomics in high-level sport with Olympic champions, business and disability.
Clément and his team used their 3D machine park to manufacture masks and visors to support hospitals. They also set up and animated a network of 2,300 3D printers named 3dchampions.org #HopitauxChampions.
The impact was amazing. Over 600,000 visors and 120,000 masks accounted for. The support of Internet users on social networks (Leetchi crowdfunding platform and €23,000 received), of renowned partners such as MGEN, Schneider Electric, CapGemini, ST Microelectronics, EDF… In total, more than 2,300 3D printers referenced on 3dchampions. org and real-time mapping of needs between hospitals, businesses, individuals and 3D printers. Many media relays and live broadcasts (France Télévision, Europe 1, L’Équipe, RTL, Virgin Radio…).
Very positive impact for the company, which today receives various requests from companies in urgent need of parts (automotive, EDF, grocery stores…). They will continue in civic support combining care, health and sport. The project is currently being set up with the partners.
