The project consists of providing practical, fresh, innovative and trendy culinary products to restaurateurs, in order to optimize their working method while preserving the quality and freshness of their dishes. Fresh vegetable recipes are offered in innovative packaging thanks to the sleeve bag, while offering an optimized DLC to reduce food waste. Thanks to the incubation and premises in the heart of the Rungis market, the project has a strategic position to develop partnerships with restaurants, groups of restaurants and wholesalers/distributors. This approach is part of a desire to promote responsible and environmentally friendly restoration, while meeting the needs of catering professionals.
