Maison SIK A Coco is an intercultural, creative, healthy and gourmet third place for the aesthetic and nutritive valorisation of the culinary intangible cultural heritage of the «Great Caribbean» sphere. It is a manifesto of the culinary arts, of the Caribbean gastronomy in its richness and all its extent. The dessert bar offers artisanal production and sale of desserts, traditional «rustic» pastries revisited, and other delicacies. A truly rich, alternative and complete archipelling plateau, because it is crucial that the diasporic communities established on Martinique territory as well as their original culture can be discovered and valued but above all simply visible and accessible. The ethics of this undertaking is based on regional cooperation, intercultural essence and curative and resilient action.
