Pheal is a medtech that brings a new vision of medical monitoring of patients with chronic diseases based on prevention, the use of new technologies, and a strong partnership between the medical team and the patient, who became the agent of his own recovery.
The Pheal team is currently co-building an alternative healthcare pathway and the right technical solution, with user communities (chronic diseases, disability, elderly people) and physician/caregiver communities (hospital workers, liberals, caregivers), in partnership with the patient therapeutic education resource centre and the Living Labs forum in Health and Autonomy.
The intended impact is to allow remote preventive monitoring of a particularly fragile population to detect signs of a reaction to COVID-19 and anticipate support if necessary: for patients with chronic diseases, for health professionals and institutions, and for the healthcare system.
